I like the design that allows easy access to the inside of the inverter. Mine came with 2 damage pads which I replaced very easily but for the same reason I didn't give it a 5 runs. It is possible that the seal has been damaged during shipping and handling, but it is very easy to replace. I tested with 3 bulbs (270w) and the oscilloscope shows a sine wave with no problem.
