My wife and I often cook at home using an old set of knives that we have had for many years. It's time to buy a new chef's knife. To say he was very handsome and could cut would be an understatement. It slices through frozen steak, veggies, fruit and anything that needs to be sliced or diced. We are very happy with the purchase of this knife and would recommend it to anyone considering buying it over the more expensive knives we have tested. The packaging was also top notch in my opinion.
