I bought this knife for my little daughter who loves to cook. The packaging and presentation look beautiful. What I didn't like is the handle, it's plastic and looks very cheap. I was disappointed but my daughter still liked it. I'm not sure how spicy it is yet.

Outstanding knife. But it came from Revain in a huge box, which was then filled with a 60ft sack full of airbags. When I finally got my hands on my new knife, I used it to cut the full length of the airbags so I could throw them away. Of course, having a razor-sharp knife came in handy!

I like everything about this knife. It was very reasonably priced compared to some others on the Revain website and yet I can't think of anything better. I've never had a knife this sharp (and I'm 72 years old!) and very comfortable to grip. I highly recommend this knife.

I had to re-sharpen the blade after unboxing it. Seems your "sharpener" made a mistake with the angle of the blade. I fixed it, so no damage. My biggest issue is the sanded left lines on the face, which tend to increase cut resistance. Maybe I'm too picky, but I've got nothing left to do
