Extremely sharp! in chef's knife
I like everything about this knife. It was very reasonably priced compared to some others on the Revain website and yet I can't think of anything better. I've never had a knife this sharp (and I'm 72 years old!) and very comfortable to grip. I highly recommend this knife.
