Can’t use on Ryobi weed eater. Does not slide into slot for battery. So does not connect. Can’t tell if battery life is good. Could not even try. Our ryobi is the one with changeable handle weed eater and sidewalk attachment

Charges quickly but doesn’t last quite as long as the one that came with the mower, especially if the grass is a little long. I’d buy it again.

I was skeptical but willing to take a chance on this battery because Ryobi is absurd with their prices.I am happy to report that I have been able to mow 85% of our yard on one charge. Our Ryobi battery is a year old (only used once last year) and barely makes it half way through the entire yard.I can't speak to longevity, but after a few weeks I am very impressed.

Waste of money. Worked for two months. Now battery shows complete charge and does not work in my mower or trimmer. I have two different ryobi chargers. Tried in both. Still dead even though lights on battery say completely charged. Contacted customer support for vendor (not Revain) They asked for details. Provided what they asked and two months now with no reply. I originally purchased this 40V 6A replacement battery on March 2, 2021, it’s now July 13, 2022, and the battery is still going strong. It seems to last as long as the OEM. I chose to purchase this replacement based upon the good reviews, and the manufacturers stated warranty of one year, with a 90 day any reason replacement. I cant rate performance yet---but they seem to be a good value for the money and they charged up in reasonable time when first received.

Out of the box the battery was great compared to the battery I got with the Ryobi 20” lawn mower. It did my front and back lawn on a battery each. Just went out and mowed my lawn today and I went through all three of my batteries just by doing the back lawn which I had mowed only 6 days ago. I have only had these batteries a month. This is unreal!

I bought another one of these batteries after having a good run with this brand last year. I got this on june 21st 2021 and it already fails in 15 seconds after a complete charge up. The return window closed yesterday. Reaching out to the seller to get our $90 back if they will be fair and make it right. Also the original battery I bought by this brand worked well for a year, but now it doesn't last long at all. I would stay away from these after this.

Purchased in September, used 1 time, 2 months later after stored in charger, fault code appeared, defective, will not take a charge. Contacted company, sent request for replacement or refund. They said send pictures, I did and not heard back.

Battery is stuck in my lawnmower and I cannot remove it. Says it’s compatible with Ryobi battery but it is not. Very disappointed. Hopefully someone can remove it from the lawnmower.

This unit is advertised as having more capacity and my arms can attest that its tree, this battery just lasts and lasts. My arms were done holding the trimmer before the battery wore out. I would buy this product again, cheaper and lasts longer than the Ryobi replacement batteries.

Cost half what the name brand battery does, and so far, through half a dozen charges and uses of the lawn mower it powers, it's working just as good as the original.

Used less than a handful of times and now it will not charge. Was working fine for the couple times I got to use it and now it is outside my return window so I am stuck after spending a good amount of $$ on this product.

Mowed yard with new battery and only down 1bar. Original Ryobi batter would be down 2 to 3 bars. Exact fit as original That's my feedback.

UPDATE AFTER 1.5YRS: the battery is dead, won't charge anymore and nothing lights up when you try to check the fuel gauge. Had 2 seasons of light usage on it. Lowered star rating from 5 to 3. It’s much lighter and smaller than the original RYOBI one. Before I bought it, I looked at the review. Many ppl said it can also last much longer than the original one. But it doesn’t apply to my case. I found it has similar capacity as the original. But overallIt worth the money. It’s only half the price of the original RYOBI battery

I bought 2 of these as a back up for the Ryobi 21" lawnmower. These not only seem to hold a charge longer, but one of the Ryobi batteries that came with the mower is already failing. The mower is only 4 weeks old. These batteries are less than 1/2 the price of the batteries from Home Depot. Buy these instead.

I bought this as a backup for my Ryobi lawnmower. Charges and works as the name brand. I will definitely buy again if I am in need.

The full charge only lasted about 8 months .When I contacted the company at 10 months .they said that they considered that "still working".it only lasts about 20 minutes less than a year old. I can't even finish the front lawn without recharging it.Very disappointed in their response and that I'm stuck with an expensive product. No stars for longevity
