I like that there is such an easy way to get it set up for your project. It's very easy to use. The best part is their customer service. They are always so helpful! I have had nothing but great experiences with Pipe Flow. There really isn't anything i dislike about this program. Their customer service is amazing! They will go above and beyond for you. This makes working with them a pleasure. We use Pipe Flow to determine our piping needs. We also use it to calculate the amount of water needed for our irrigation system.
