Review on πŸ”ͺ Top-notch Mercer Culinary Millennia Red Handle, 6-Inch Curved Boning Knife: Perfect Precision and Ergonomics by Adrienne Johnson

Revainrating 5 out of 5

Definitely a bargain for the price

It's very rare that a budget item is of high quality. There are many fake reviews on Amazon, many of them simply stole 4 or 5 star reviews from products that have thousands of reviews and "own" them. You'll see when you read the USB-C charger review that says this item is the worst Kungfu Panda movie out of the three. The? I'm not joking. Anyway, this is a very underrated, underrated knife, I'm hoping it stays that way so I can go back and buy a few more at similar prices. However, it is a very sharp knife with good balance and not heavy at all. It's now three weeks and the knife is still sharp. If you prefer a heavy knife, look elsewhere for a knife with weight. I like a lighter knife as it doesn't tire with prolonged use. Compared to the German knives we have this one has a thin blade, as I use a knife sharpener I have found that it does not damage the blade. German knives now have blade scratches due to the use of an automatic knife sharpener. I used a sharpener, which is one of the chef's choices and costs about $150. As it is easier to keep sharp and its plastic handle can be washed. easy and will be good even if it gets wet all the time, i think i can come back to buy more

Pros
  • Great for a small home
Cons
  • A few little things
