My girls love these I'm so glad we have 3 packs as I always have trouble finding real cotton tights for my girls. They have eczema, so most fabrics are very dry, especially those with more spandex. The description says they are made from 100% cotton and does not mention that it is a blend of cotton with anything else. They definitely have spandex because they have a lot of stretch and the fabric isn't as soft as if it's just cotton, but it's a balanced blend of fabrics and my girls were able to wear all hips for about 5 hours. itching
