I bought some Lazyboy daybeds 4 years ago and while they are still in good condition I knew I probably should give them a good cleaning to keep them looking good. To my dismay, I found that the fabric I had chosen had an "S" cleaning code, which stands for dry cleaning only. I had never had to dry clean anything but my clothes and I didn't know what to do. So I googled and found this product. The reviews here were good and it looked easy to use. I have to say that the dry cleaning powder worked great and my sofas, although not stained, look better than before. Super easy to use. Simply sprinkle on, brush on, leave on for 30 minutes, then vacuum off. I would say you probably need a very good vacuum to use this powder because you want it to separate completely. I have a Dyson and it did the job but I don't know how well it will work with one of those handheld vacuums unless it has super good suction. I definitely recommend this product for dry cleaning fabrics with cleaning code "S”.
