I received these warmers and found that ALL the individual packages were stiffer than normal. I've bought them several times over the years from different vendors. I work on a farm and rely on these heating pads to help my cold weather work. I used 2 packs twice. They didn't work. I have contacted the seller. He answered me, quickly asking for the batch number. I gave him the batch number. He called me again and said that the company had no claims on this shipment. He told me to try a few more packs. I told him I would do it. After re-examining this batch, ALL the packages were the same. At this point I email him and say never mind I'll eat my purchase. I felt him even though I tried to tug on him. I bought more from another seller and they arrived great. I may have cut my nose off telling him I would eat up the cost of this purchase, but I don't like the feeling of not telling the truth. After that he never replied.
