Review on Prime Cloud by Loyalty Prime by Toki Louton

Our team has used prime cloud for our reward program in the past so we had some experience with it. I don't have any dislikes when using prime cloud for rewards but there were problems with data entry which was causing issues for me at times. It's definitely worth checking out if you are looking to integrate your organization into one place. If you want full customization of your rewards or need complex reporting, this isn't ideal as they do not offer that support. Data input/retrieval errors can also be frustrating when trying to track information from many different sources in 1 system. Also, integration between systems is difficult without the help of their support staff. We solved the problem of tracking customers and keeping up with multiple vendors. In addition, all employees have access to the same information allowing us to give more personalized service and create new opportunities for clients. I like that it's been around for such a long time - in fact, I used to use this platform when I worked at a large hotel chain! It was easy to set up and use. There were some glitches with the mobile app but they quickly resolved those issues. It was very difficult to get help from customer service. They are not as helpful as they could be. We needed a way to collect points for our clients. This platform allowed us to do that easily and effectively.
