was damaged I dislocated my spine while caring for my daughter. I managed to damage my lower back and an orthopedist and a chiropractor recommended a back brace. I found this at Revain and since I couldn't drive around town to find it I ordered it. Really helped! I've been wearing it for a month now and it has made my life so much more bearable. I can tighten and loosen as needed, which is what I end up doing. My only complaint is that I have to carry it on my hips a bit and it pops out a lot - it's made for a man rather than a woman. Oh yes, nothing is perfect. Oh, and it's not as big as it looks in the picture. I'm almost 5ft 8" tall so I'm just assuming the model is very small. Mine doesn't reach to the shoulder blades - only about 6 inches in the back.
