I like it a little lower than the waist because that's where the pain is and it's pretty tight on 41 inch hips. Next time I'll go back to an orthotic with a removable pad that doesn't.

Product TOO SMALL! Advertised as 28-50 inches, not even close to my 41 inch waist. It also feels too tight for comfort. No pre-receipt guide from Revain should be MUCH clearer on individual items and not a "Warn Buyer" policy.

Back Brace works well if a little tight. According to the description it fits in size 28-50. I have a waist size 36 and I have a hard time stretching the elastics. Not sure if this will fit someone who is a size 50. I don't think rubber bands can stretch that much. There's no lumbar pillow, but it's so dense that maybe it wouldn't help if there was one. I use it every day at work. My only real complaint is that it appears to have been made for the female body and not men. My waist is 34-35cm and it fits me like a corset.
