Review on FoodVacBags 100 8x12 Vacuum Seal Bags: Sous Vide Cooking, Food Storage, BPA Free, Commercial Grade, Heavy Duty by Gregory Braddock

Okay I was about to give a bad review but decided to call foodvacbags first and discuss my issue. It was a very good decision. I spoke to a person who was patient and worked (trained) me with vacuum sealers and sealers. I had problems sealing bags because of the creases that kept repeating themselves when sealed. It turns out I didn't put the packages in the sealing machine correctly. I have a Weston Pro 2300 and have found that I have to hit print to finish almost every time. I've learned that when vacuuming this or any other brand, the bag should always be smooth when fed into the machine. They offered to replace my bags but I decided to try again. This time I put the pockets flat side up to see how they fit better. 100% success. It was the operator's fault, not the bag's. They have worked great every time! I will continue to buy these packs because not only did they try to do it right by sending out new packs, but they also took the extra time to educate me about the packs and seals. Definitely five stars. Oh I tried to call back and report back after sealing the ten pound hamburger and realizing the person I spoke to was too late to sort out my issue.
