I am very environmentally conscious. In a multi-cat household (5 cats) and 5 litter boxes, it is difficult to find an environmentally friendly way to dispose of cat waste. Most of the others I looked at before buying (and bought once) were very slim and intended to be used when cleaning up dog poop in public areas. They do not allow at all to put a dustpan inside and can get dirty very quickly. But these compostable trash bags are perfect! They're big enough to fit a shovel in your bag and still have room to tie and throw away. They also do an excellent job of keeping odors at bay. They are big and very strong! I can usually clean all 5 trays and only use 1 bag which is great. The box seems to last forever. You get 100 bags per box, great price and they are compostable. I feel a lot better with it than with plastic bags. Highly recommended!
