Not as good as expected: great customer service!

I put these factors outside on the front steps. It rained in the first week. The exterior paintwork has taken on a whitish, milky appearance. Rust spots appeared a month later. Items intended for outdoor use do not prove their quality. Excellent customer support stepped in and fixed the problem.
