I would give 4.8 out of 5 if not for one, but more on that later. I've only used it 3 times and it was incredibly quick and accurate as opposed to time consuming knife cuts. I chopped onion and peppers in no time for a chilli batch. The secret is not to be too greedy. Cut the vegetables into pieces that are not too tight in the feeder. The pieces came out exactly how I wanted and fairly uniform in size and thickness. The only real problem I had was with the bow. He didn't want to cut the outermost layer and just skipped it without cutting or just cutting it in half. I always remove the outer layer(s) and sometimes some onions need an extra layer removed. I made pizza last Saturday with great results on all veggies. I've also used it to re-chop salad greens with great results. This is a must-have, it can save you a lot of time and labor, and it is very easy to use. I definitely recommend this gadget.
