Terrible! It says dishwasher safe. I put the washable parts on the top shelf after the first use (first use) and they melted and deformed. The blade parts no longer fit the engine.

When I received this product I thought I could use it without having to buy anything extra before first use. thick . I didn't have a tool to cut thin or thin with. I really think this is false advertising because I think you get all the parts to be able to use all the other features without having to buy additional parts before first use. Updated rating. Things I've learned after 2 years of intensive use. If you are grating cheese, spray the inside and outside of the cone with PAM before inserting it into the machine.
