Review on πŸ”§ PanaVise 354 Brass Jaws Screws: Enhancing Precision and Versatility in Workholding by Craig Lovro

Revainrating 5 out of 5

Great PanaVise accessory

These brass jaws are great for holding small steel workpieces securely without scratching them. Incidentally, several reviewers stated that the included mounting screws are too short. I didn't think so, but I know why they thought it was. The holes in the jaws for the screws are not on the center line. Therefore, there is a right way and a wrong way to place the jaws on the faces of the jaws. The correct way is with the short side down. If you place them long side down, the jaws will not fit into the notch on the front of the jaws and the screws will appear too short.

Pros
  • For use with 303 and 304 vise heads
Cons
  • weak
