When I received this item there was a smell inside. I called customer service and explained how disappointed I was because I really liked the bag. She emailed me the label so I could send it back. I asked them to order me another one. When I got the second one, it smelled worse than the first. I had to call support again. I explained my situation. I didn't want anyone else. The tour guide was very nice and understanding. She emailed me the tag again to send it back. Luckily I'm a premium member because I didn't have to pay postage. I also said that I would be grateful if she would tell the management about my problem. Revain was very helpful in solving my problem. I don't want anyone else to have the same problem as me.
