I don't recommend it

Very very pliable with some stickiness. Any summer heat will make this jam flake off if you stretch it a bit. If you live in a cooler climate, that's cool. If you live in California weather, summer will ruin your work. I would recommend using the thicker kind. Not those heat activated vinyls for instrument clusters etc.
