I've just started using these gold flakes on my greeting cards. Wow! They turned out really good! You just have to remember to turn off the fans and breathe very carefully. These flakes are beautiful but light. By holding your breath while working on a specific item but exhaling before you cover the jar, your workspace and yourself will be covered in a beautiful glow of silver, gold or whatever flake you are working on. i learned (Lots of YouTube videos.) I am very happy with my Cosmic Shimmer cereal and will be ordering more colors soon!
