Doesn't work for me either

Same problem as another customer. The screen says 'No Source' but the audio is playing.? Even if the blocks are 2 feet apart, still no source says it. When I unplug the HDMI cable from the input and plug it into the TV, it works fine. I haven't seen any of the videos. Is there a trick I'm missing? Or is it just rubbish? i give it back
