Make sure it is filled to the full line
Make sure it is full every time you use it. I burned the side of my microwave with it and now the metal plate on the side shines when I use the microwave at all. The first two times I used it everything was fine, filled to the full line. The third time it was half full and it happened. Not sure if it says in the instructions or not, I threw the box away.
