Review on FADMS by Larry Gaines

The user interface could be better but it provides more than enough tools to use as you need them to. It is intuitive in nature which makes things easier when working with multiple people accessing the software at once from different computers all over the country. They are also very helpful if there needs to be any questions answered or changes made to make your program run smoother. I have not had much of complaints so far other than some minor bugs that have been fixed quickly by their customer service department. This product has streamlined our process greatly allowing us to handle false alarms without having to physically go into each building or office every day. We can now access data and respond appropriately in real time from anywhere we wish while keeping track of important information like call reports etc. The program works great! It is very user friendly and I love that it allows me to set up multiple offices with my own personal information. I have not had any issues. There are some things that could be improved but they are minor in comparison to how well this product works. If you are looking for a way to centralize your alarm data, then look no further than FADMS. This software has helped us improve our overall security by providing one place to house all of our alarm information.
