This is a very comfortable neck pillow that will keep you cool all night. My husband has neck and shoulder issues and we thought this pillow would help support his head better and maybe keep him from tossing and turning so much. I've been using it for 10 days now, I love it. It's medium firm but feels soft on the face, allowing it to sleep on its side and back. The contours keep the head in place and provide good support. He says the numbness in his shoulder that keeps him awake has definitely reduced. He also likes that it's pretty cool for a memory foam pillow.
