I have upgraded this rating from 2 stars to 5 because of the excellent customer service. However, I still don't recommend this 65-inch TV mount unless you like the tilt. I think it would be fine for a 50 inch TV or less. I bought it for a 65 inch Samsung TV as a Father's Day gift for my fiancee's father. I have two really good mounts for my 75" and 50" TVs, but I didn't want to spend a fortune on one that isn't being used for movement. My first impression was that the mount was very small. I didn't think much about it, just hoping it would work. I installed it today and am completely unimpressed. Maybe it's because I have very expensive ones for me, or maybe it's because the TV is too big to mount. The TV is not close to the wall. There is a 10 inch gap between the top of the TV and the wall. The lower part is against the wall. My fiancé's mother didn't want that. She really wanted it to be flat. You placed the hole where you put the screw to hold the TV in the bracket in front of the other screw so that when you screwed the screw in, it would fit the other screw. If I could go back, I wouldn't. buy this bracket. I do not like that. Maybe my taste is too high, but it's not for me. We're going to use a mount in another room for a much smaller TV.
