Noisy dampers in shock absorbers

I bought these shock absorbers in March 2012, the shock absorbers worked fine but after about 10,000 miles of normal driving (no terrain) the shock absorbers became very noisy, there is a constant hiss and becomes very annoying. I want the manufacturer to replace them for free, I plan to replace them asap, I can't stand them. Needless to say, I cannot recommend them to anyone. Many Thanks.
