Not very good. I have bought 4 of these in the last 5 years as they tend to break after little use. They all fail in the same way, the hooked end of the spring you put on the frame straightens and just can't stay in place. I have a 99 FLHR and had to replace the factory one after encountering a speed limit. On the last one I put on, the hook straightened up as soon as I hooked it onto the stand and started returning it to its natural position. I think there are two problems: 1) The ends are not correctly shaped to hook. on my bike and probably every other touring model with a hole in the frame. 2) There are no instructions, so if there's a trick or something, it's not obvious to me. I install it as the repair manual says. I think the original has the right hook shape, but I don't know if I'll go that route. Zippers and pocket knives are my current hold/release system because I'm fed up with buying this product.
