Review on WeChip Air Mouse Remote: 2.4G Wireless Keyboard W2 for Nvidia Shield/Android TV Box/PC/Projector/HTPC/TV by Milagros Iser

I've used it on a PC, an NVIDIA Shield, and a couple of homemade Raspberry Pi multimedia devices. The remote works well with all of them. It works a bit differently on the shield, but that's because the shield has its own remotes and controllers that make it work well. My main application for this is a Windows and/or Linux PC. For the most part, it works well as a keyboard and mouse replacement, but it lacks in a few areas. It turns off constantly (even if the power button stays on). I assume this saves battery life, but there has to be a way to extend the time before bed. Since I'd rather charge the remote more often than every time I go to get the remote, nothing happens because it's asleep. Another major downside is the lack of a right mouse button when using the air mouse feature. To right-click, you need to rotate it toward the keyboard, then double-tap your finger on the trackpad, then back to the air mouse side. It would be much better if it had a right mouse button, especially for using it as a PC remote control. This is a kind of basic PC input function.
