Review on 🏋️ Futuro Sport Performance Compression Arm Sleeve, Large/X-Large - Enhanced Support for Optimal Performance by Emily Wilson

This Futuro Performance sleeve offers some compression for the arm muscles during and after training. I first encountered compression stockings a few years ago during physical therapy while recovering from a forearm injury. The combination of heat and compression has worked well for me to reduce pain after each workout. This Futuro Sleeve is light, breathable and compresses the forearm well. It's also thin enough to wear under a regular long sleeve shirt. This is important to me as sometimes I work out in the middle of the day and have to put my shirt back on when I get back to work. In terms of looks, the pattern and gray color of the case give it a nice modern look, in contrast to the bright blue. that I have used in physical therapy. The only problem I have with this case is the size. While the forearm area of the compression sleeve fits well, the top, which wraps around the lower part of the bicep, feels much tighter than what I've used before (I don't have particularly large biceps either). This may be a design issue as it appears to be a sewn band at the top of the sleeve that is the problem. This isn't a huge issue for me as I really only need compression around my forearm and I can just flip/roll the bicep sleeve if it feels too tight. However, if you need compression around the biceps, I recommend going up a size. (By the way, this is the size L/XL, as stated on the packaging).
