Review on 🖋️ Enhance Your Pen Turning Experience with MAXWOOD #2 Morse Taper (2MT MT2) Pen Turning Mandrel and Deluxe Barrel Trimmer Kit by Pat Peoples

I liked that this package was mostly complete. A set of 7mm sockets, a drill and end bits, but after making 2 handles I see the following: The mandrel is not strong enough to prevent bending. My first pen came out nice, but the second wasn't as perfect. There is little difference from one site to another, leaving an uneven connection in the middle. This is caused by a slight bend that has occurred in the mandrel. To be clear, my tools are very sharp and I feel very light. Luckily I shot cheap kits (Slimline) but if it screwed up with a $15 kit I'd be even more upset. The bit is nice and sharp, the end bits are not sharp at all. Would I buy this again? NO!. I'm not giving 1-2 stars because it's not on the luxury thorns list. You get what you pay for. I will pay more for a better device and keep that for an emergency if there is one.
