I bought these because they are compostable which I love. We use 10 ounce cups and it took some effort to find compatible lids and I was very happy to receive them. Open one and. he sits upstairs. Will not close. You can force it to go in, but it will warp the cup (resulting in the brewing coffee splashing all over your arm, which is exactly the problem we're trying to avoid). Very disappointed.
