I live in a town where people steal all the time, day and night, it doesn't matter. This camera meets my needs, the local storage on the micro SD camera itself is the best feature of the camera, it allows for 24/7 continuous recording. Some nighttime alerts from 8:30 p.m. to 5:30 a.m. sometimes run as scheduled. The build quality of the camera is top notch. The mobile app is great, there are some hidden camera settings that can only be accessed through the EZVIZ desktop app. If I'm away for a few days, I can keep track of things at home. I have EZVIZ all over the house, not just c3x. I see a lot of negative feedback about the alarm not working properly. I think it's user error for not spending time on it and learning how to use it properly. I've been working 24/7 for 1 year without any problems, I'm happy with the camera.
