Review on Fluke 931 Tachometer Meter by Rick Bishop

We tested several cheaper speedometers in the $30-$150 price range and they were all toys compared to the Fluke. I didn't give it 5 stars because it still seems a bit pricey for what it is, but it's a serious test bed that gives accurate, repeatable readings. Typical of all Fluke tools, this is an extremely rugged, professional piece of equipment.
