Love everything about this hob! Arrived quickly but had to wait weeks for my husband to replace my 4 burner electric stove. New meter, etc. In any case, three weeks after installation, I am very satisfied with this oven. It's amazing, boils water in minutes and cools quickly. I know I save money on my energy bills every time. minuses? The Well doesn't like to simmer for more than 5 hours at a time and will shut itself off if used for that long by turning on the cooking fan. But REALLY I would have to use my slow cooker or super pot to cook that long. PROFESSIONAL? Speed, ease of use and cleaning, saves space on the countertop (I've never used more than 2 burners at a time). Not to mention price and performance.
