Quality Pans and Worth the Price
I love these pans! It took me some time to get used to and change my way of thinking. Using metal on a nonstick pan for example. Never would we do that!The two sizes are perfect and the only other pan I would add is a smaller omelet-sized pan. Otherwise, these cook evenly, and without sticking. If you are cooking anything that is more delicate, such as eggs and flaky fish that you may be pan-frying, some oil is best. Otherwise, they will stick slightly.This is probably one of those cases where you get what you pay for. These pans are not your 24.99 pans, as they average about $50 each. Nonetheless, they are quality pans that I plan to use for a very long time.
