No Belt Loops but fit well.
The fit was pretty true to size, I am about 5'6 and I had to wear heels for it to not be too long, otherwise fit well. There were NO belt loops sewn in though, as the picture showed. The tie just had to sit on my waist. I would say quality was what I paid for. Will wear it again.
