I connected four of these switches to a Rugged Ridge Black Left Side A-Pillar 4 switch pod.

The Rugged Ridge A-pillar switch box works with this switch. Rugged Ridge makes similar switches, but I like the shape better. The instructions that come with the switch are clear so hookup is easy. The lamp is powered by the cable leading to the relay. There is also a terminal on the back that needs to be connected to ground. So there are three terminals on the back; Power consumption, power output, lamp mass. The terminals are standard size and easily connect to the terminals. You must provide your own terminals and cables; There is no wiring harness for the switches. The plastic for these switches feels a little light, but other reviewers haven't pointed out any long-term issues.
