The mats are well baked
the mats are definitely well baked and my bread doesn't stick. The skillet is thin and warped in the oven, but flattened out after cooling. It didn't affect the baking of my bread, but it did startle me as it split and the corner rose in the heat. The pans are flimsy but do the job and I love the silicone mats.
