Lightweight and not hot when worn for 2 hours. That's all I'm looking for for WFH. The sound quality is good. The USB connection is reliable. My other Bluetooth headset disconnects from time to time and sometimes Zoom can't see it. This is my motivation to look for a wired headset for the COVID-WFH situation. My criteria are: cheap, basic, not hot, and you can turn the volume down (this is important because some Bluetooth headsets are still too loud even at the lowest volume). The only thing I hope to improve is that I want two ears instead of just one. USB is more advantageous than 3.5mm AUX because sometimes I need two holes for microphone and sound. Sometimes I need a hole for the microphone and the sound. USB is much easier. plug and play
