I like that it provides me with all of my contact information, as well as an overview about who they are in general terms (i.e., what type of work experience do you have? What is your level?).
It's easy for people outside HR or Recruitment teams to navigate through this system - if someone isn't familiar yet! The search function could be improved by allowing more filters/search options; i would love some sort of 'people' filter so we can find specific individuals quickly when needed. This helps us keep track of contacts easily throughout various departments within one organization.
