I liked the Tab-S3 keyboard. This S7+ keyboard makes me snotty. The high price makes it 229.99 times harder for me to endure these annoyances. Here are some of them: * Although it offers good features and a large keyboard with lots of keys, I forget about it all the moment it falls apart for me. The keyboard detached from the tablet several times while holding it in my hands, leaving me standing with tablet lid halves in each hand. I'm happy to report that I hadn't dropped anything when this happened. * The lid does not cover the tablet well enough. This makes it difficult to open. Sounds silly, but I have to fiddle around to open it. I'll probably add some sort of pull tab to it so my finger can get something underneath and flip the lid off. I dread the day I drop my tablet and there is no overlapping cover to protect the edges of the tablet. * I often use my tablet while sitting on the couch. It dangles and wobbles in my lap and on the pillow. The attached photos show my stenciled cover and keyboard plate. I've circled some of the buttons with a silver marker to make them easier to see in low light. Update 18/18/2021: It happened. The keyboard fell apart AGAIN, but this time Mr. Tablet fell out of my hands, hit the carpet, flunked the Olympics. . . and survived. And all while the keyboard rests securely in my left hand. Now I'm using 2" black duct tape to bind the keyboard to Mr. Tablet. For now this should work just fine. I no longer live in crippling fear. Thanks to the film industry. Attached is a Pulitzer Prize-winning photo. Update 06/06/2021: I kinda stopped hating this thing (no more runaway accidents). There is still duct tape on the cover halves and my separation anxiety is completely gone..Also I made duct tape for half of the keyboard to stop the opening Now, thing looks like MacGyver concocted something to send a life-saving email (when his elevator to his certain death collapsed.) Mindless reviewers are unhappy that this keyboard and tablet don't share the same shortcuts and support features like a windows 10 pc? well it's not one of them. it's a different beast that does a lot of the same things but in a different way. hello, when will have The last time you tried to heat your bath water with a kettle (to put it absurdly)?
