I've had mine for a few months now and I've been looking at the footage and so far it's very clear and looks good. Well, this isn't the best footage if you're trying to capture YouTube videos, for example, but this camera isn't designed for that. Some electrical work experience and understanding of the wiring harness is definitely required for easy installation. I wouldn't advise anyone without any experience to do it alone, find a friend, or take it to the store. Also choose carefully where you want to install everything. I tried under my seat on my 2017 Softail Deluxe but with all the extra wiring I had I could barely get the seat back so I relocated it to one of my saddlebags. You'll need a few more zip ties to hold the wiring together and hide it.
