Excellent general characteristics. Very good quality for the price. I used it to get a step out of the way of the reversing sensors (see pic). The holes are plugged inside as is the end (see pictures) - this was unexpected and should resist corrosion. Good. It is quite obviously not intended for towing - see the picture of the label stating it should not be used for towing. I suspect there is no clutch pin because there are so many different types of pins. I bought a Lowes 5/8" bolt with washer and locknut on both sides, all grade 8. Torque to 100 ft/lb. But there is still significant slack that causes vibration and noise - watch and listen to the attached video. I attached it with a few turns of 2" (50 mil) pipe tape. But it was time consuming and frustrating to get everything right. Use too much tape and it will curl up when pasted. Use too little and it becomes the problem can't fix it. If anyone has a better fix for this please let me know. Otherwise it would have been 5 stars.
