I have bought Oggi products before and have always been satisfied, I am very surprised that this item is out of stock.
I have bought Oggi products before and have always been satisfied, I am very surprised that this product does not do what it says it does and it also seems dangerous. If you pour hot water into it, when pouring water into a cup, it splashes everywhere and literally burns my hand several times. Luckily the water wasn't that hot! In addition, the water loses its temperature in a few hours. I do not recommend this product unless you are looking for a carafe and not a thermograph.
