I recently bought my mother's 2006 Honda Pilot with 152 xxx miles as a gift. I realized that this filter has never been changed since my mother bought this car new 10 years ago. I was right. Installation was a bit tedious, but with time, patience, and a hacksaw, you can do the job yourself thanks to YouTube. The old Denso filter looked just like this one. Fits exactly like the original. An instant improvement in the performance of my heating/air conditioning system. Thanks to Premier it was an $11 fix!
