They are incredibly comfortable. Much more comfortable than most of the chairs I've sat on in Raymour Flanigan, Ashley's furniture etc when I bought the chairs. It's hard to find cheap chairs that aren't rock solid, but they do the job well! Very easy to assemble. Simply screw on the legs and slide the back of the chair onto the base and you're done. A very tall person might not like these chairs too much if they recline. I'm 5'8 and barely fit. I also have a long torso and my head doesn't fit the back of the chair when I lean forward unless I'm sitting further back in the chair, in which case I have to bend my knees to keep my legs from hanging down the footstool. So I would say if you are over 5ft 5/6" and want to stretch out fully this chair is not for you. But if you like curling up in a chair, then that's great! I also find that they are well made and don't feel cheap.
