Smelly, uncomfortable and too big

I tried to pull the lid as tight as possible but it still wasn't tight enough around the perimeter. This also left 1 inch. the application of velcro that scratched my neck and stuck to my clothes. The fabric was slick so it could ride up/down the seat belt which negated any benefits of the product. It also had a strong chemical smell that gave me a headache. I suspect this smell will fade over time, but I won't keep it long enough to find out. I do NOT recommend buying this item but I will advise that the return was prompt.
