I've been using Roomba for 3 years and it works very well. But after being so impressed with a Shark Upright robot I bought a few years ago, I decided to give their robot a try. After researching and reading the reviews of all their different models, I decided on this one and I'm glad I did. What I like most is how well it maps your entire home and allows you to label each room on a map within the app. It performs an initial pass on first use, then updates the map after each additional pass to better explore areas. You can also set the suction power to Eco, Normal or Max. The laser AI works really well too, seeing objects so well that it almost never crashes into anything like many others do. And now, after 4-5 cleanings, he doesn't miss a single seat in any room. He knows where he's been and cleans in rows as promised. But the biggest surprise for me when I first heard it was how quiet it is even on the highest setting. It's MUCH quieter than my Roomba and has no problem finding its way back to the dock, even from another room. I would definitely recommend this robot to anyone thinking of getting a robot vacuum.
